Contraventions

The Superintendent has ordered Gail Acton, Creative Career Systems Inc., Creative Community Learning Technologies Inc., Community Care Solutions Ltd., National Association of Certified CPSWs, and, Access Care Academy of Job Skills Incorporated (collectively as “Gail Acton”) to:

  • Stop offering or providing unapproved vocational programs contrary to s. 8 (1) of the Act; and,
  • Stop advertising unapproved vocational programs contrary to s. 11 (2) of the Act.

Required actions

By May 11, 2018, Gail Acton is required by the Superintendent to provide written confirmation signed by a person with authority to bind the corporations, together with all available supporting evidence, confirming that they:

  • Stopped offering or providing unapproved vocational programs; and,
  • Stopped advertising unapproved vocational programs.
