These particulars are posted following the issuance of a Compliance Order against a registered private career college by the Superintendent of Private Career Colleges pursuant to s. 46 (1) of the Act.

Contraventions
The Superintendent has ordered the Academy at Puppy Love Ltd. to stop:
- Offering or providing unapproved vocational programs contrary to subsection 8 (1) of the Act.
Required actions
By March 24, 2023, the Academy at Puppy Love Ltd. 281 Woodbridge Avenue is required by the Superintendent to provide written confirmation signed by a person with authority to bind the corporation, together with all available supporting evidence, confirming that they have:
- Taken all steps necessary to come into compliance with the Act and its regulations including the following:
- Stop offering the provision of unapproved vocational programs
- Stop providing unapproved vocational programs
- Provide to the Superintendent of Private Career Colleges a written report of compliance, including a description of steps taken by the Business, and all documentation necessary to demonstrate that the Business came into compliance with the Act and its regulations.
