The Government of Ontario is using this webform to collect information about Remembrance Day ceremonies hosted by municipalities, colleges and universities across the province.

Official ceremonies will be featured in an interactive map where the public can search for an event to attend.

Please submit your event as early as possible — the ceremony map will go live mid-October.

Please provide the event details.

The name of the location where the ceremony is taking place. Example: Thornbury Cenotaph, East York Civic Centre, Royal Canadian Legion Branch 232, etc.
